Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% in love with your purchase. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed items, with the tags still attached within 35 days from the date your order was shipped from our warehouse. All returns are subject to a $15 flat return fee for UPS returns, or $10 for Happy Return Bar returns that will be automatically deducted from your refund. Exchanges made for another size or Blanc Noir item are free. Returns will NOT be accepted without a return authorization. Return authorizations can be issued using the EASY ONLINE RETURN HERE link below.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

After 35 days from the date your order was shipped from our warehouse items are no longer returnable. Blanc Noir reserves the right to return any item that does not follow the guidelines of our return policy back to the sender. Gift cards, Route Shipping, and UPS shipping to delivery address are non-returnable. FINAL SALE items are final sale. Items marked as final sale can not be returned or exchanged.

Happy Holidays! If you made a holiday purchase between Oct. 1st, 2024, and Dec. 24th, 2024, you have until Jan. 15th, 2025 to return or exchange your item. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. We are happy to exchange your gift for another available size or color. All returns will go back to the original form of payment & are subject to a flat $15 (UPS Label) or $10 (Happy Return QR code) RMA fee that will automatically be deducted from your refund. Final Sale items are Final sale.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return your eligible items by mail or Happy Return Bar using our return system. Please see the instructions below.  Final Sale items can be exchanged for size, but not returned.

 Exchanges and Returns are easy!

If you would like to exchange or return your order, simply click here: https://blancnoir.happyreturns.com/ and enter your zip code and order number. All order numbers start with BLANCNOIR followed by numbers. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

If you wish to start an exchange, select the item you want to exchange and choose your new item.

If you wish to return, select the item you want to return along with your return reason and refund choice.

 If you select mail in return, your return shipping label will appear for you to download and print. You will also be emailed a copy of the return label.

 1.) Please place your unworn item(s) in the original packaging with all original tags attached to the same package that you received them in.

2.) Print the Return Shipping Label and drop your package off at a convenient UPS shipping location.

 If you select in-person return at your local Happy Return Bar, please present the barcode provided to the bar representative along with your order. 

 Once your package is dropped off at UPS or a local Happy Return Bar, your exchange will ship out, or your refund will be issued. You will receive an email confirmation with your exchange shipping information or your refund details.

We only accept returns that are returned using a Blanc Noir provided shipping Label. For the fastest and most accurate returns, we only accept returns shipped using UPS labels or Happy Return Bar QR codes that we provide. Returns for refunds cannot be processed unless we receive items back via our shipping system and provided label. Our provided labels are the most secure way for us to track the return in case of an issue, we cannot track a return if it is done through a label that we did not provide. Blanc Noir is not responsible for any lost packages that are returned without a Blanc Noir shipping label. 

Please use the Happy Return link below to return your damaged or wrong item. Follow the prompts and select the issue that best fits the reason for your return or exchange. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. 

RETURN ITEM HERE

At the end of the return or exchange process, you will have the option to download your UPS shipping label. A copy of this label will also be sent to the email you used to purchase your order. 

Don't have a printer? Choose Happy Return Bar drop off in the return portal to receive a QR code. Your local Happy Return Bar will scan the QR code along with the item that you are returning. No box or bag is needed. 



Yes, a flat return fee of $15 for UPS labels or $10 Happy Return Bar QR code drop-off will be deducted from returns for a refund. There is no fee for Blanc Noir even exchanges or site credit.

Blanc Noir refunds will go back to your original payment method. Credit or debit will be issued once your return package is received by the Blanc Noir warehouse. Once your return is received by the warehouse, you will be emailed your refund receipt. Please allow 3-5 business days for your Bank to process refunds back to your credit and debit cards. If you paid with store credit, you will automatically receive an email with a gift card code to use for future orders. If you purchased your order with Afterpay, your refund will be posted to your Afterpay account the same day it is processed. 

Once your return has been shipped back to us and processed by our warehouse your refund will be processed. You will receive an email when your refund is complete.

Store Credit / Gift Card
If you purchased with store credit, your credit will be available for immediate use. As soon as the return is processed we will email you a gift card.


Original Payment Method
If you purchased with a credit or debit card, you can expect the refund to hit your bank or credit card account within 3-5 business days after the refund is processed.


Afterpay
If you ordered with Afterpay your refund will reflect on your Afterpay account the same day it is processed.

Shipping

Please note to ensure delivery before December 24th all GROUND SHIPPING holiday orders MUST be placed by December 9th, 2024. After this date, Blanc Noir shipping and UPS do not guarantee on-time gift arrival for any ground service deliveries. The Blanc Noir shipping warehouse will be closed on Thanksgiving November 28th, 2024, December 24th-25th, 2024 in observance of Christmas, and December 31st, 2024-January 1st, 2025 in observance of the New Year. No orders will be shipped out on these days. 

Please note we cannot guarantee delivery for international orders as customs timeframes may vary. As of 11/15/24, there is a service delay to any destinations in Canada that are shipped via UPS.

ORDERS PLACED ON DECEMBER 19TH - The last day for 3-day shipping is December 19th, 2024. All orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST.

ORDERS PLACED ON DECEMBER 20TH - The last day for 2-day shipping is December 20th, 2024. All orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST. 

ORDERS PLACED ON DECEMBER 23RD - The last day for next-day air/overnight shipping is December 23rd, 2024. All orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST. 



Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*

Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST will generally be shipped out on the following business day. 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but occasionally orders may take longer to ship out of our Fulfillment Center. If you need to ensure faster delivery, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout.

*Please note that there could be a delay in processing orders on the same day if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided. Delays may occur and we will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours if placed during business days. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but occasionally orders may take longer to ship out of our Fulfillment Center. If you need to ensure faster delivery, please choose an expedited shipping option.

USA ORDERS

Shipments via UPS Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii.

You can purchase expedited shipping options during checkout.  Please reference ‘Is Expedited Shipping Available?’ for additional information.

YES! When you are in your Cart, you will see Route Shipping Protection automatically turned on and added to your shipment. Blanc Noir orders totaling $500+ (before tax & shipping) will receive free Route Shipping insurance coverage. Route Shipping insurance offers you protection if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. Adding this extra insurance means Route Insurance will work with you for up to 60 days after the order is placed if your package is not successfully delivered. Without this protection, we may not be able to assist you in the event something happens to your package. 

Customers have the option to remove Route Insurance during checkout. Blanc Noir will not be liable for any shipments that have shipped and been delivered and are later claimed by the customer to have been lost or stolen from the delivery premises after UPS has officially completed and documented the physical delivery of purchased item(s). It is the clients' responsibility to safeguard the arrival of their purchase by adding the "Route Shipping Insurance" option if the customer believes that delivery to their residence may present any issues of becoming lost or stolen.

Blanc Noir is excited to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING of USA orders over $300 USD before tax. UPS shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order, the shipping destination, and the shipping method selected.

Blanc Noir orders over $500 USD before tax will receive complimentary Route shipping insurance added to their order.

We proudly ship worldwide! Please note that we cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All orders have to be shipped to a physical address where it is safe for our customers to receive deliveries. International Shipping duty fees and terms apply to all international shipments.

Free shipping is automatically applied to all USA orders over $300 before tax.

Orders

Blanc Noir orders placed before 11:00 AM PST typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PST, typically ship the following business day. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. Preorders will ship by the date shown on the product page. 

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible but occasionally orders may take longer to ship out of our fulfillment center and be delivered. If you need to ensure quick delivery, please choose an expedited shipping option. When selecting Free Ground Shipping over $150 USA or international shipping, please note that we only provide an estimated delivery date. On rare occasions, packages can arrive outside of the estimated delivery date. 

 

USA ORDERS:

Shipments via FedEx Ground: 1–5 business days within the contiguous U.S., 3–7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. 

 

INTERNATIONAL:

Shipments via USPS: 1-10 business days based on the destination country.

We apologize but Blanc Noir is not able to cancel or edit any orders once they have been confirmed at checkout by the shopper. This includes no address or size changes. Once your order has been confirmed, the order goes immediately to processing, and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. If your order arrives and you still do not love it we would be happy to walk you through our easy return/ exchange process.

We apologize but Blanc Noir is not able to edit any orders once they have been confirmed at checkout by the shopper. This includes no address changes. 

While we do our best to ship all items together, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive an email with tracking information for each shipment that you are going to receive. In the case that an item from your order is not available, we will notify you via email and offer an exchange or refund for that item. If your order contains a pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately. Please note that there is no additional charge for split shipments.

Sometimes we do have issues with our shipping that are outside of our control.  Please check your inbox as if your shipment has been affected by an issue we will send separate notification from our customer service team.

We apologize but at this time Blanc Noir does not offer price matching or price adjustments.

Purchased Route Shipping Insurance? Please use this insurance service that you purchased during checkout. Route insurance covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. Route Insurance will work with you to investigate and resolve any delivery issues. Based on their findings they can issue refunds and replace lost orders.

Didn’t purchase Route insurance? We apologize but Blanc Noir does not cover packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery. We will always do everything we can to help our shoppers but if Route Insurance was removed at checkout we are limited in how we can help. If you need assistance filing a claim with UPS please contact us and we would be happy to help. 

Payments & Promo Codes

We love promo codes! Enter your promo code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount Code’ box at checkout and click ‘Apply’. Discount will automatically apply to qualifying Blanc Noir items. 

At this time only one Blanc Noir Promo code can be used per order. You can use both a Blanc Noir Gift Card and a Promo Code when placing an order.

Blanc Noir checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Cards, and Blanc Noir Gift Cards. Orders can also be placed using Afterpay! Please note you can split payments between both a Blanc Noir Gift card and a Credit Card but, we cannot split payments between multiple credit cards.

You can split payments between a Gift Card and a valid Credit Card. We cannot split payments across multiple credit cards.

Blanc Noir does charge sales tax in states where it applies. Orders shipped to New York, California, Michigan, Illinois, and Kansas will all be charged local and state sales tax. Please note each state's sales tax status is subject to change. 

Gift Cards

The best gift is a Blanc Noir gift card! You can purchase a gift card right HERE. Gift cards do not expire and are redeemable only on Blancnoirusa.com.

Enter your gift card code in the ‘Gift Card or Discount/Promo Code’ box at checkout and click ‘Apply’. The amount of the gift card will automatically apply to the total at checkout. 

To check your eGift Card balance, simply enter your eGift Card claim code during checkout and click “Apply”.  If you still have questions about your Gift Card balance, please contact customer care via email or live chat for additional details.

If your Blanc Noir order total is less than the amount of your eGift Card, the remainder will be available using the same claim code for future purchases. If your order total is more than the amount of your eGift Card, you will need to pay the remaining balance using another payment method.

When you return or cancel a Blanc Noir order that was paid for using a Blanc Noir gift card, you will be emailed a new eGift card in the amount of the transaction. We are not able to add funds to an existing gift card or one that has been previously used.

If all items are returned or canceled, you will receive a refund in the exact form of payment for the items that were purchased. If the order is partially returned or canceled your funds will first go to the credit card used if the refund amount of less than or equal to the amount originally charged on that credit card. Any balance over that amount will be refunded in the form of a new Gift Card that is emailed to you. 

As soon as your return is shipped back to us, you will receive your gift card refund. If we have canceled an order where a Gift Card was used as payment, you will receive your new eGift Card immediately via email upon completion of the order cancellation.

Afterpay

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments. These payments are made every 2 weeks without any interest.

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At checkout choose 'Installments by Afterpay' as your payment method. Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.


First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!  

We apologize, installments using Afterpay are only available to customers with both a US billing address & a US mobile phone number. International billing addresses will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay. 

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on BlancNoirUSA.com using Installments by Afterpay. The value limit is $1000 USD for all Blanc Noir orders paid for using Afterpay. 

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted automatically every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay date, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchases as you would normally using our easy return/ exchange system HERE. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy. 


Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

Wholesale Query

We do carry our line across the country at major department stores such as Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales and Bergdorf Goodman as well as many fine independent boutiques and resorts across the country.

We are not showing in Las Vegas at Project, Magic or Coterie this spring, however our line is available for review via Faire!  We welcome you to shop the fall line on Faire - our full catalog is up!

Rewards Program

Thank you to our Rewards Customers!  

Our Blanc Noir Rewards program ended at the beginning of January 2025 in its current format.  Notice and reward coupons were sent to all participants in early January.

After surveying our customers and looking at our program, we decided that we needed to revamp the points-earning process and go to a more customized approach to our loyalty and promotional campaigns.  We are moving to a more personalized approach where our loyal customers will continue to receive priority access to product, additional discounts and coupons without the ongoing tracking of points and purchases.  Your benefits will be better and more tailored, rather than bucketed in certain categories with time limits on receiving and redeeming rewards.
